With a plethora of world-renowned urban developments under their belt, the Midnight precinct completes their outfit and adds another Canberra feather to their cap.

Known for their artistic approach and detailed design, Fender Katsalidis create buildings that start conversation and provoke sentiment within an individual. Surrounded by residential apartments and commercial spaces, with civic integration at its core, Midnight Hotel is part of a thriving hospitality habitat.
Artfully balancing public and private spaces, the hotel presents a lifestyle precinct to its global guests. Anchoring the hotel design is a large central garden atrium, landscaped by leading Australian urban design architects, Oculus. An internal oasis, the space features lush gardens, a cascading water feature and nested seating for hotel guests and residents.
It’s this blend of public and private space that sets the tone for visitors to the precinct. Midnight Hotel looks out to the local Canberra scene, whilst also providing a haven within is beautifully designed walls.
An urbane composition designed by a revered team of architects, Midnight Hotel has a firm foothold on its position. Offering a new symbol of design in a key capital city location, Midnight Hotel was built to complement and contribute to its surroundings.
